The formation of a risk culture among bank employees

The formation of a risk culture among bank employees is important in building an effective risk management system in the bank, providing a comprehensive understanding of the principles of risk management.


Taking into account the proposals of the bank's management, after the first stage of the training seminar for the management staff, the employees of the Bank's Risk Management Department decided to conduct seminars for the employees of Ipoteka Bank in Tashkent and Tashkent region.


The seminar provides a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts of risk management, main factors in the formation of risk culture, credit risks, market risks, operational risks, environmental and social risks that may arise in bank’s operations; other issues of interest to employees are also discussed.


Subsequently, this seminar will be also conducted in the bank's branches located in other regions and will serve to improve the financial literacy of the bank's employees.
