Sandro Rtveladze was born on January 2, 1984 in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 2006 he graduated from the Georgian Technical University with a bachelor's degree. In 2007 he graduated from Jacobs University (Germany), also receiving a bachelor's degree. In 2008 he graduated from the University of Oxford (UK), where he received a master's degree in Information Technology and Economics, Integrated Social Sciences and Financial Economics.
Sandro Rtveladze is an experienced and qualified specialist in the banking industry with successful experience in various countries, including Georgia, Ghana, Uzbekistan and Russia.
He began his career in banking in 2009. Until 2012, he served as co-chairman of the board for investments and corporate affairs at Peoples Bank (Georgia).
From 2012 to 2015, he held the position of Deputy General Director for the development of new products, sales channels and markets at Liberty Bank (Georgia).
From 2015 to 2020, he worked as the head of the retail banking services unit at Bayport Management Limited (Ghana, Africa).
In 2020, he worked as Chairman of the Board of TBC Bank (Uzbekistan).
In 2022, he worked at OTP Bank (Russia), where he held the positions of Director of the Consumer Lending Directorate, Director of Retail Business, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board.
In 2023–2024, he worked as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board of OTP Bank (Russia). Since September 2024, he has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of JSCMB Ipoteka Bank.

Szentpeteri Adam
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the bank, Head of Strategy and Finance Block (Financial Director, CFO)
Adam Szentpeteri was born in 1972. He received a Master of Finance and Information Management from Corvinus University of Economic Sciences in 1996, a PHD from Central European University (CEU) in 2007, and a Doctor of Laws (LLM) degree from ELTE University of Sciences in 2007. In 1997-2013, he was an associate professor at ELTE University of Sciences of Hungary.
Before joining the OTP Group in 2005, Adam Szentpeteri was engaged in academic activity for ten years, teaching Econometrics, Operational Research, Law, Economics and Business Law at CEU, Corvinus and ELTE universities.
At OTP Group, Adam Szentpeteri has held various leadership positions in finance, control, strategy and retail.
He was a member of the Supervisory Board of OTP Bank Ukraine in 2012-2018 and a member of the Board of Directors of OTP Bank Russia in 2018-2022.
From 2022 until joining Ipotekabank OTP Group, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of OTP Bank Albania.
Since June 2023, he has been working in the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ipotekabank OTP Group - Head of the Strategy and Finance Block.
Adam Szentpeteri was born in 1972. In 2007-2010 he worked as a special manager/specialist working with loans at OTP Bank.
In 2010-2017 he worked as the Director of Collection and Work-out Directorate of OTP Bank in Ukraine.
During 2017-2023 he worked as the Chief Risk Officer, Executive Director of Risk Management at CKB of Montenegro.
Since June 2023 he is working as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ipoteka bank OTP Group - Head of the Risk Management Block.

Dmitry Sapronov was born in 1978. In 2000 he graduated from the engineering faculty of the Air Force Engineering Academy in Moscow. In 2007 he obtained an MBA degree in Banking Management at the Financial Academy in Moscow.
Before joining OTP Group in 2010, Dmitry Sapronov was a manager, department head and deputy director at several banks, including Rosbank, Home Credit & Finance Bank and Sberbank.
From 2010 to 2014 he worked in various management positions in the Retail Division of the OTP Bank in Moscow.
From 2015 to 2017 he was the Product Development and Management director of Home Credit Consumer Finance Company in China.

Abdurakhmanov Makhmud

Makhmud Abdurakhmanov was born in 1976. He obtained a degree from Tashkent State University in 1998 and Master’s degree from State and Society Building Academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2007, on the faculty of International economic relations.
He began his career in the banking sector in 1998 at the Licensing and Regulation Department for Commercial Banks of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Inomjonov Elyor

Elyor Inomjonov was born in 1978. He obtained bachelor’s degree from Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers in 1999, Master’s degree from Tashkent State University of Economics in 2003, Higher Business School under the Academy of State and Community Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2010 and Hitotsubashi University of Japan in 2013 in the field of accounting and audit, banking and finance, state finance management.
He obtained huge working experience in retail, foreign affairs, credit monitoring and managing while working in National bank of foreign economic activity in 1999-2004.
In 2005-2015 he served at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in various positions up to the Head of Special department.
In 2016-2018 he covered the position of Head of Foreign affairs division and Head of the Corporate Banking and Market Instruments Management Block at Ipoteka bank.
From 2019 to 2021 he served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of the Corporate Banking Activities and Market Instruments Block at Ipoteka Bank.
From 2021 to 2024 he worked as the Chairman of the Board of Ipoteka Bank.
Since September 2024 he is the Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of the Corporate Governance Block.
Elyor Inomjonov was born in 1978. In 2006-2008 he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board - Head of Corporate Banking at ABN AMRO BANK NB Uzbekistan. In 2008-2011 he worked as Deputy CEO – Head of Corporate Banking at Royal Bank of Scotland NB Uzbekistan.

Pal Gambosh was born in 1974. He began his career in 2015 as a leader within the IT Directorate at OTP Bank Hungary. In 2016, he transitioned to serve as the Head of the Independent Application Architecture Department at the Group level of OTP Bank Hungary.
From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a Senior Project Manager in the IT Project Management and Methodology Directorate at OTP Bank Hungary. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, he continued his career in the Project Management and IT Transformation Directorate, focusing on IT transformation project management.
Between 2022 and 2023, he held the position of Director in the IT Subsidiary's Management Department within OTP Bank Hungary’s Digital Directorate. In 2024, he assumed the role of Senior IT Consultant in the management team of a third subsidiary under the Digital IT Directorate.
As of January 19, 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at JSCMB Ipoteka bank, where he leads the IT Block.
