Pal Gambosh was born in 1974. He began his career in 2015 as a leader within the IT Directorate at OTP Bank Hungary. In 2016, he transitioned to serve as the Head of the Independent Application Architecture Department at the Group level of OTP Bank Hungary.
From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a Senior Project Manager in the IT Project Management and Methodology Directorate at OTP Bank Hungary. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, he continued his career in the Project Management and IT Transformation Directorate, focusing on IT transformation project management.
Between 2022 and 2023, he held the position of Director in the IT Subsidiary's Management Department within OTP Bank Hungary’s Digital Directorate. In 2024, he assumed the role of Senior IT Consultant in the management team of a third subsidiary under the Digital IT Directorate.
As of January 19, 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at JSCMB Ipoteka bank, where he leads the IT Block.
