On December 30, 2019, JSCMB Ipoteka Bank placed the 18th additional issue of shares in the amount of 1,414.6 billion soums. After the placement of the issue, the authorized capital of the bank amounted to 2,817.4 billion soums.
The decision on the additional issue of shares was registered with the Agency for Development of the Capital Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 19, 2019. under the number No. P0775-18.
In accordance with the terms of the issue, the shares were placed to the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The last placement of shares was carried out in the amount of 417.2 billion soums in accordance with the Decision on the additional issue of shares dated April 19, 2019. under the number No. P0775-17.
