Appointments in the Ipoteka Bank OTP group
We are pleased to announce key personnel changes at OTP group Ipoteka Bank:
On September 11, 2024, Sandro Rtveladze was officially appointed Chairman of the Bank's Management Board. His strategic leadership and professional experience will help strengthen the bank's position and contribute to its further development.

Elyer Inomjonov was transferred to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and appointed head of the Corporate Governance Block. In his new role, he will focus on improving corporate governance and implementing the bank's key initiatives.
