Leaders' Forum Event

Recently, a Leaders' Forum took place at the Orom resort, with the involvement of executives from the Head Office of the Ipoteka-bank. The event was graced by the presence of the Ipoteka-bank Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chairmen, directors from various directorates and departments.


Set against the backdrop of Solim mountain, the forum commenced with an opening address from E. Inomjonov, the Chairman of the Management Board of Ipoteka-bank. Discussions revolved around the positive shifts in our operational landscape, current achievements, and future projections. Emphasis was placed on the bank's consistent support for staff exhibiting creativity, initiative, and potential, highlighting the pivotal role of teamwork in a successful strategy and recognizing that the bank's reputation is built on innovative, thoughtful employees.


Furthermore, plans are in place to expand by establishing new branches, kick-start corporate initiatives, introduce Private Banking services, set up a personalized processing hub for Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay operations, implement a fresh collection system, and enhance IT infrastructure by year-end.


In a collaborative spirit, participants were grouped to tackle various team challenges, fostering unity through laughter and friendly competition.


Acknowledging exceptional contributions, leaders from key areas under the Gavhar program were honored by the Chairman of the Board during the conference.


These events serve a crucial purpose beyond mere information dissemination; they are instrumental in fortifying a meticulously crafted strategic vision based on top-notch proposals and innovative thinking.
