How to send an SMS?

The main request format is a short query. Using it, you will receive information about the current status of the parameters you are interested in:

For full or temporary service deactivation
  • Fill out the service deactivation application
  • Get the application approved by the manager and chief accountant, and stamp it
  • Submit the application to the Ipoteka Bank branch

The service will be deactivated by the bank within three banking days.
