To ensure proper operation of the Internet Banking system, you must install the appropriate software, depending on the type of key issued to you by the Bank:

Before installation, please make sure that:
• You have the latest version of the operating system and web browser installed;
• Operating system: MS Windows 8.1 or higher;
• Supported browsers:
• Internet Explorer 10 or higher (mandatory for the Russian-language version of the system);
• You have administrator rights to install the software;
• Antivirus software or Windows Defender is not blocking the installation.

After installing the drivers, restart your browser and log in to the Internet Banking system again.

Service setup
The process of using the service is carried out as follows. In the «Bank and Cash» documents section of the «1C» program, there is a «Dibank» button; after clicking it, the system allows you to sign and send electronic payment documents to the bank, receive statements and account information.
The service allows you to promptly receive information about the receipt and debiting of funds from your account. Information about completed transactions will be sent to your mobile number as SMS notifications.

How to send an SMS
The main request format is a short request. By using it, you will receive information about the current status of the parameters you are interested in.

Short requests:
• 1?1 — Account balance
• 2?1 — Number of processed incoming documents
• 3?1 — Last processed documents
For full or temporary disconnection of the service
• Fill out the application for disconnection of the service
• Have the application certified by the head and the chief accountant, and apply the seal
• Submit the application to the branch of Ipoteka-bank

The service will be disconnected by the bank within three banking days
